Our House Recovery offers safe and sober living to men. We provide a structured environment that includes support for all aspects of personal living. Our house members have help with rides to recovery meetings, doctors, work and other necessary appointments. Additionally, we support our house members in learning how to develop life skills through modeling, one on one mentoring, and group support.
At Our House, we place comfort and qaulity of living high on our list of priorities.
Our house members enjoy the spacious room and layout of our kitchen and dinging areas. We encourage group meals where we come together and build relationships.
Our newly remodeled bathrooms offer up to date features and additional comfort and conveniences.
Our house is located in an established neighborhood which provides increased opportunities while getting sober and making life changes.
Recovery Requirements - House members will be expected to attend a minimum of 6 meetings a week. Each house member must have a sponsor and be working the 12 steps with a sponsor.
Daily Assignments - House members will be expected to participate in daily recovery behaviors. The house manager and house owner will work directly with each individual while adjusting to a life in recovery.
Work Expectations - House members are required to be working a full-time job within 30 days of moving into any Our House Recovery home. Help obtaining employment will be available as needed.
House Responsibilities - Each house member will participate in commonly shared house duties. Additionally, all house members are required to attend a weekly house meeting.
Recreational Activities - As part of the recovery process we encourage and organize reactions activities to increase community and quality of living. House members are expected to participate in fellowship activities.
